Dr. Osborn is awesome!! He has been treating me throughout the last year for a neck and back injury. His neck adjustments are just right not to hard, he provides the perfect stretches that target the muscles and ligaments around my spine. He is very informative and has perfect bedside manners. I can’t say enough good things about him. And, Safia the receptionist is also amazing, and provides excellent customer service and a very welcoming environment. She’s also attentive. Free parking, and they have long office hours. You can’t go wrong with this place.

I have seen Dr. Daniel Osborn regularly for a year and half and I cannot recommend him more highly. I am a fitness professional and am in constant need of help preventing and healing from overuse injuries. Daniel has worked with and helped me overcome every issue I've come in with. When I first met him, I'd just had a baby and had unexplained numbness in my feet and an old torn abdominal injury that had flared up badly after labor. Within two months, I was back to myself again thanks to his weekly treatments and prescribed exercises. Six months later I started having knee pain from teaching Zumba--again, he was able to properly recognize the mechanics behind the pain and treat as well as prescribe restorative exercises for me. I regularly recommend my gym members go to him, and I have sent my husband as well. He has a great bedside manner and really takes time to find the right treatment for what's going on. I see him monthly now to keep everything running smoothly, and he is vital to my ability to stay injury-free while teaching fitness. The office itself is communicative, there is parking, and they take most insurances. I recommend Arlington Pain and Rehab and Dr. Osborn very highly.

I highly recommend Arlington Pain and Rehab at Courthouse in Arlington. Dr. Osborn's work on my neck, back and hips has been life-changing. Now, I only go once a month, but I'd be happy to go more often! The office is a very welcoming environment. Safia is so friendly and takes good care of everyone. The location is great-right across the street from the Metro. I love that there are evening appointments so I don't have to take off work, too. I'm so grateful I found them!

I have adored my experience at Arlington Pain and Rehab! Overall, I feel so much better and am also so much more equipped now to better care for myself! Dr. Osborn has been amazing not only at diagnosing my issues and then explaining the causes to them, but also at treating my issues and then teaching me stretches/exercises to assuage them. I’m of course thrilled to be healing, but I’m especially impressed by the education and communication that I’ve received from this practice. Sophia has been wonderful to work with, as well. She’s done an excellent job with my ‘cupping’ treatments and with all the logistics around my appointments. In summary, I’m very grateful to receive awesome care and clear communication from this professional and kind-hearted team! Thank you so much!
