Virginia Square Towers

Virginia Square Towers is the best apartment in Arlington to live! The facility is always clean and the staff is beyond accommodating. Leasing agent Victoria is very understanding and provides excellent costumer service. I moved in during Covid (which was of course stressful itself) along with the rising prices in the area; however Victoria and the leasing staff made this transition easy and answered my 700 phone calls regarding move-in. Rent payment has been a breeze with a simple app no issues regarding payment or wrong numbers. The gentleman at the front desk Mustafa is always accommodating and willing to help out as well! If you ever need anything they always respond to emails and phone calls, very relatable and WANT to help you. The building location is phenomenal just a short walk from the metro and all bars, restaurants ect. Definitely the best place to live. Amenities are always clean and orderly, making for a great experience in my first apartment. Planning on resining again due to the great staff, clean building and great location!

Been living here for around a month - don't know why the reviews are so mixed. I just moved from an Equity property up in Courthouse, and this place is a million times nicer and just as expensive. Friendly neighbors, fantastic location, clean building, solid security, great amenities, and very comfortable units/floorplans. Obviously it's expensive - these aren't committed affordable units and it is the Rosslyn-Ballston corridor, so that's to be expected. I also like that I'm supporting a local company and not some nation-wide conglomerate headquartered a thousand miles away. We'll see in a year how bad the rent increase is, but that's how it goes - you'll get the same from any luxury apartment building in any expensive market.

BEWARE - Quota/Money-hungry leasing and property management Lived in VST for a little over two years. Poor service the entire time. Whenever you had questions for any of the leasing agents they seemed annoyed. When you had maintenance issues, they were never addressed or fixed in a timely manner. Upon moving out I was charged $1800 to replace blinds that were "damaged from smoking, nicotine specifically." - I DO NOT SMOKE, LET ALONE CIGARETTES (gross). Avoid this complex. Do not be fooled by the cheap discounts. It has gone downhill significantly since Covid.
