Garfield Park

Great place to live! The apartment and amenities are great, and the location could not be better. The biggest highlight is the staff! Myra, Roxana and Norlan in the front office are so kind, and they are always very prompt in addressing any apartment concerns. Additionally, Carlos and Luther are great in fixing anything on the apartment, and very quick in handling all maintenance requests. Overall, I highly recommend living here!

I have lived at Garfield for 1.5 years and we really love it here! The location and amenities are great and its a good value for the area. Mayra, Norlan and Roxanne are also awesome and super helpful!

This building deserves more than 5 stars. I love living here it has been the best decision in my life. Besides their convenient location i enjoy the community room, the business center and the courteous and efficient staff in the office and maintenance.

I have lived at Garfield Park for 2+ years, and recently re-signed a lease. The location is very convenient, while being just far enough away from the hub-bub of central Clarendon. Honestly, it's the management team of Norlan, Myra, and Roxana + the maintenance staff of Carlos, Luther, and the newest hire, Robert, that set Garfield apart from other buildings. They quickly address any issues that I have, and always with a warm smile. Kettler is lucky to have them, and so are the residents! If you're checking Google reviews, because you're considering moving here, don't hesitate. It's a wonderful place to live.
