Quincy Plaza

I've lived in several apartments throughout my life and have never had a better experience since I started living here. The staff is always welcoming and quick to help. Maintenance is always on top of things. The people who live here are also great I always feel safe. You won't go wrong living here!

Quincy Plaza/Dittmar had my truck towed from the new resident parking space on the day I moved in. We were too busy unloading the U-Haul in the bay to notice. Managements response: Meh. Not our problem. After driving 900 miles, this was the welcome we got from the company the day I moved in. Thankfully I only had to stay 1 yr.

I have lived at Quincy Plaza for about a year and have enjoyed my time thus far! My apartment is spacious for a 1 bedroom and I feel like I have just about any amenity that I could want. Management is fairly quick to respond to maintenance requests and someone is usually available at the front desk if I have questions. The apartment gym is new and spacious if you're someone who likes to workout. I don't personally use the community spaces (meeting room, community room, grilling patio) much but they are available for those who want to use them. I think you get a fair price for what you pay for when compared to the rest of the DC/Arlington area.

We lived there for about 1 year. (2014-2015) Our appartment was on the 12th floor and have a good view. The appartment and floor were clean and pretty quiet. White goods, heating, air conditioning, etc. In case of any broken, the repair team will come immediately.
