Awesome place! I would totally recommend The Lyon Place to everyone. Hands down the best apartment building in Arlington. Shoutout to their leasing agent Wilber Castellon, who was always available throughout the entire move in process and made the entire process effortlessly easy. Shoutout to Sam, also in the leasing office, who also was super helpful and went out of her way to make sure my move into the building was seemless. Best leasing agents in the country!

I strongly recommend Lyon Place. I have enjoyed living here for 5 months. Room facilities are new and clean, concierge desk is always helpful, and location is perfect. Wilber at the leasing office is always kind and friendly. He helped me a lot when I came from abroad.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Had an OK experience until it came time to move out. They let anyone into your apartment first then ask for permission to let them in after. To continue, they will do ANYTHING to get you paying extra by paying more money in late fees for rent. Don't bother moving out early before your rent ends or they will charge you $2000 then you still have to pay rent even when you are not living there anymore. Please do not have the horrible move out experience that I had and save yourself the time by going somewhere where they actually care about customer service, not just taking as much money as they possibly can from you. I regret living here for two years and wish I chose somewhere more understanding that values privacy more and understands that it is unfair for them to make me, a teacher, pay so much in unnecessary fees when the rent is so expensive to begin with. If you like having your packages sent back to the sender by the concierge for being too large, competing for loading dock space with a Trader Joes grocery store so you cant move your stuff in except during very narrow timeframes, paying an exorbitant monthly rent for a small one bedroom with no cabinet space or shelving, and like a small refrigerator freezer, then this place is for you!!! Also dont bother bringing a car. The parking is expensive and once again competes for space with the Trader Joes. Just to get out the building can take up to 10 minutes if the Trader Joes is busy.
