I highly recommend to anyone looking to live in the area, DO NOT MOVE HERE! This is one of the worst places to live in Arlington. The quality of the building is terrible and management does not seem to care. There is a constant roach problem, a mouse problem, mail gets stolen, and people smoke in the hallways. In addition, the management is highly disrespectful. I have paid an additional $75 for a reserved parking spot, yet it is constantly being parked in by other people. I have confronted people parking in said spot, and I was told management has allowed them to park there, so I am being up charged for reserved parking, while management allows people to take my spot. ROBBERY, 2023-04130221, 5535 Columbia Pike. At approximately 7:16 p.m. on April 13, police were dispatched to the report of an armed robbery. Upon arrival, it was determined the victim was in a stairwell of a residential building when three male subjects approached him, during which one suspect allegedly brandished a firearm and demanded his personal property. The subjects then fled the area with an undisclosed amount of cash. Responding officers canvassed the building, located the subjects inside and recovered a firearm. No injuries were reported. Torique Davis, 21, of Arlington, Va. was arrested and charged with Robbery and Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony. He was held without bond.
