Whispering Oaks Apartments

Apartment is nice enough, but if you like living comfortably do not live here. It is currently early April and almost 90 degrees outside and I thought I was just being slow not knowing how to use the thermostat. NOPE. I called the property manager and apparently they turn off the AC in the building and there is no cool air in the apartments until they turn it on. I was told to put in a maintenance request to which the answer was, "open a window or buy a fan there's nothing we can do". That's all nice to say when you're not the one sitting in it. Incredibly inconsiderate with absolutely no mention of this situation during showing. But they will pester you for their first deposit... of course.

Location and convenience will have you overlook a lot of things in pursuit of leasing and apartment. There is always something that falls short. After two years Ive decided to renew my lease and move into a larger unit. Working with Tish on the management was a major factor in that decision and ability as she worked with the property manager on my behalf as my intentions were expressed after an expressed deadline. The way she delivers information and responded to issues is nothing short of concise. Her professionalism and friend like mannerisms made for an easy transition. Also, she doesnt ghost you after the lease is signed, love that for her.
