Colonial Village Apartments

Insanely ghetto. Smokers everywhere. They do some shady business at night. I think its drugs. Its ironic because court house is one of the safest places in VA yet this apt gives very much unsafe vibes. The maintenance office might be the worst thing on earth. Customer service is truly awful. The manager sits on his desk and does nothing. I cant wait till the day I move out dont waste ur time and go rent somewhere else

I moved here at Colonial Village about a 2 months ago and absolutely love it great area haven had any problems. You see people walking they dogs they friendly and speak it's quiet and peaceful. Management is amazing especially Tonya she is very patient,sweet always smiling before moving in she would respond to all my emails very quickly. I was going through alot at that time she just listened to me and just so sweet she is the reason why I picked colonial village as my new home. Mr.Timothy Walton always speak when I come to the office anytime I put in a maintenance request he sends them to my apartment quick . If anyone looking for an apartment you won't regret it as for Tonya she's great

LOTS OF ILLEGAL ACTIVITY AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT VIOLATIONS. Neighborhood is dark and unsafe, weak buildings, thin walls, loud neighbors, smelly buildings, weird people sitting outside your doors and windows smoking on every bench blasting music, rats, horrible parking, homeless people digging in your trash. Giving very much the ghetto/hood. Management does not respond to emails. The property manager Timothy Walton will hang up on you because he does not want to get up and do his job and will tell you he's "tired of you calling about the same problem" obviously because he's not solving anything. They lie about inspections happening and enter your apartment whenever they want without a single notice.

Great management company and very helpful office staff (thanks Amanda!). The neighborhood is very safe and they do a really nice job with the landscaping. I moved here in June and have loved living here. I live in the CVIII section of the neighborhood.

One of the most absolutely worst places to live with a very poor management handling the property. Please if you are planning to rent or purchase here then do it only if you have money to throw away in a campfire.
