Hands down, the BEST SERVICE I've ever received at an auto repair shop. Professional, friendly, fast, and efficient! They called to explain what was going on with my car and what they needed to do to fix it, along with the estimated cost (which was extremely reasonable, especially for this area). After the work was done, I wasn't able to pick my car up right away, and they were super flexible, allowing me to leave it there for an extra day. Conveniently, I was able to make the payment over the phone. Not only did they fix the issue, they rotated my tires at no additional cost, and provided a few tips on future repairs/replacements I might need. Lastly, I was informed that whomever put the tires on last had almost stripped the lug nuts on one of the wheels... I was thankful (and impressed) that they provided me with this info so I know not to take my car there again. That said, I don't plan on taking my car anywhere other than Jim's from now on. I usually leave the mechanic feeling like I've been ripped off or robbed (not to mention dumb because they talked down to me like a toddler!) Never again! Thank you so much for the excellent service!

I took my RAM 2500 in for some work the dealer was going to over charge me for and take a week. Jim's had it done the same day for a very reasonable price. I've taken our cars to Jim's ever since. Always done right for a good price.

I have been to Jims twice now. Ive dealt with both Nate and Richard and theyre awesome. Very trustworthy and honest. I think prices are also fair. Its very hard to find a body shop you trust, on my first visit there I had two of their long time clients tell me I made a great choice. Will be returning for sure!
