When you look up the definition of "Customer Service" there should be a picture of Jorge. I recently went to chase bank because I was considering changing banks. Jorge greeted me, listen to every question I had, and answered. Not only he provided excellent customer service, but he made sure I left with all the information I needed for chase bank. I can tell he's very passionate about his career. Thank you, Chase bank, and a special thanks to Jorge.

Horrible experience with this branch. I applied online for a card and then went there to send my id and ssn through their fax service. I had the photocopies of my documents and the person who helped me didn't ask me for my ID when though I offered. I had to call their fraud number twice to know that they were supposed to ask me for my card and click the button that they saw my ID and then call to let them know it's them that send the document through their system. They were polite and after two weeks of waiting my application got declined because of identity theft!!!!!!!! Why did I went to the bank then? I don't understand. Now when I called again their customer service representative said I need to provide additional documentation. Why didn't you guys tell that in the first time that two document isn't enough? Their representative and tellers need better training so that customers can avoid such hassel where we have to go multiple times to get service.
