Wanted to give a shout-out to Deven! She is super sweet, and always greets us with a smile on her face - potbelly has become my favorite lunchtime/ dinner place now just for the atmosphere - she also makes the best sandwiches! Thank you Deven!

Staff: The employees are kind and polite, and also always make me feel welcome. Food: My meal was made fresh, and tasted delicious.

Staff needs some significant retraining. I walked in this evening. Instead of being greeted I was received with blank look and attitude, as if I had interrupted the staffs conversation. When I asked if they were still open I was told no despite them clearly being open. Save yourself the bad experience and go next door to Seoul Spice where their staff greets you with a smile.

I went in, it was an empty store. No one on the line to greet the guests. Employee comes out she says hello. I told her I would like a bowl of soup. The woman responds with an attitude which soup its like I was disturbing her by just being a customer. She gave me my soup, told me to enjoy, the way she said it its as though it was hard for her to be nice. No spoon for soup.
