Walking in I was so nervous. I had not cut my hair in awhile and its because I have a hard time trusting people with my hair. I will never go anywhere else as long as Im in the area. She educated me and asked questions about my routine. Made suggestions and reassured me. Every step of the way she would tell me what she was doing and why she was doing it. She was sweet, kind and very welcoming. I will be going to her for products!! 5 stars!!!!!

I just went to go get my haircut into a 80s shag curly cut, and she is the sweetest person and does the job so so good, came with dry frizzy triangle shape hair and left with shape to my hair, she made it come alive. She brought out the best in my hair, Thank you Thank you!! definitely coming back again for maintenance!!

I went to this salon trying to get a good experience with my hair, We had an appointment 11/28 where I paid you a total of $330; for a hair cut and moisturizer my her and that left me devastated. She new that she didnt do my hair properly, but she was pretending that was fine, when she finished my her wasnt dry, and when I came out was terrible, she only cut the ends of my hair and she charge me all that money, and I texted her and she even said nothing to me, she posted all her pictures, and mine she nerver posted until today, because I texted that big message, and she never answered, but pictures that I have after my her dry its the worse picture that I saw in my life about my hair. I'm only just now able to truly put into words and take action for the emotional distress and damage you've caused me. I expect a full refund for the atrocious state that you left my hair in. I walked in excited to have the opportunity to make a change with my hair, inspiration photos on hand. After you revealed it to me in the chair, I fell silent; something I never am. I am a bubbly, outspoken person who beams light and positivity. After seeing what you had done, I was in shock, denial. I walked out in disbelief that I had deceived by you and then charged a ridiculous amount. I have been recommended to take legal action should you not return the money I paid. I paid for a haircut that would help me feel better about my hair, more confident. Instead you left me leaving and staying in a state of insecurity. If you do not refund me, I will post this on all social platforms and move forward with a civil suit against you. I expect an immediate refund in process by the end of today. Do not go to this person if you have natural hair. She convinces you she is capable of taking care of your hair, but does not know what she's doing. She manipulated me, abused my hair and played on my insecurities.

Heba always gives me a great curly cut. She knows curly hair better than anyone! Ive had great experiences at other DC area curly hair salons too, but Heba stands above them all. She just gave me curly bangs and Im so happy with the results. Service: Curly hair
