Hello Ms. Zakin, we apologize that you had an unpleasant experienced with the nails service. We’re here using the top products on the market. Your original appointment was an “acrylic refill & nails fix”. We offered to fix your chipped gel polish as you mentioned w/o knowing you've been here past our policy date. But you never came on the day we spoke and you provided the nails pictures afterwards. Thank you for providing the images of your nails, we understand what the issue was. After we saw the images we explained to you that your nails broke & that's what caused the polish to chip. It has nothing to do with our product. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Although we do not offer refunds on services rendered, we will do everything in our power to correct any issue that may arise within 7 days of the original service.
