Went to this location for my husband's 1:30 appointment today. The hairdresser (unsure of her name) was very distracted while cutting his hair. She ended up cutting too much off the back and the sides. She even kept the back uneven. Not sure if she is sloppy in her work or just lacks experience cutting mens hair. However, she did a good job with his eyebrows.

Open at 9 AM on weekends but service can be spotty. There may not be enough staff to handle walk-ins and sometimes even people with appointments aren't always handled as though they're valued. When I went there most recently first thing for an color touch-up appointment, there were only two stylists, one was already taking of her appointment. The other ignored me initially and seemed suspicious when I said I had an appointment. The other stylist had to stop helping her client to find my appointment in their system. While waiting for the color to set on my hair, I had to move several times for other clients. The cut was okay but her scissors didn't seem sharp enough for the job and the cut was not even in some places. I had to leave by a certain time to meet someone but she insisted on spending half an hour styling my hair (even though she said she was only going to blow dry it). After finishing the styling, she wanted to spend more time fixing the cut but I didn't have time. It's not expensive but definitely did not feel comfortable during the experience and will not be back.

Did a color and style package - color ended up very splotchy, with the original color of my hair still showing. Asked for 2 inches off and layers but got at least 3 inches straight cut across. I asked the stylist to add more layers and she got annoyed, which results in very very minimal layers. I was charged for a blowout but all she did was blow dry my hair but no styling whatsoever. Overall, terrible experience - avoid this place at all cost and spend your money elsewhere.
