Nice rooms, great location. Service was very accommodating and friendly. You do have to pay for parking and its not attached to the hotel. Breakfast is not free which is uncommon for Hilton garden inns in my experience.

Please do your research. I didnt enjoy my stay here at all. The location is not great, its embedded at the corner of a very busy shopping/dining complex with limited space to load/unload or park. The shuttle bus was taking up almost 2 of the 4 available spaces to unload. Even the sign for the hotel is super small, you dont even notice its the hotel! I had to keep circling around to unload. It was very cold and windy on the evening I checked in. The website says parking is available across the street, but its more like across the street and about a block down what looks almost like an alley and up on the 4th floor of the deck. I dont mind paying $22, but if Im paying, it should be worth it. The thermostat was not easy to use unless you know what each of the symbols mean and even the shower handles were overly complex. My allergies were acting up due to the dryness of the air, I was a mess by the morning. I promise I cant even make this stuff up. My remote needed batteries and I was so tired I didnt even feel like calling. The service seemed ok, I didnt really experience much of it, they seemed very friendly. The room was pretty spacious with a reading area and a large desk. This type of Hilton Garden Inn maybe your speed but it was not mine. I booked in a hurry and didnt read more about it, which I should have done. Just make sure you know what youre paying $250+ a night for before you book!

The room, hotel, and location are great. But unfortunately, the experienced was spoilt by the unacceptable service of front desk person, Denise. It comprised of stereotyping, aggressive behavior, and illogical argumentation. 1. When asked about an electric kettle, she pretended she wasn't able to understand what was being said, and asked to be shown a video of what it was. Then she remarked that "people in this country (USA) do not use it"; and "we don't have anywhere in the room to plug that into"; etc. I was being undermined to look as someone who didn't know what he was talking about. 2. When asked on third day about bringing a water bottle, she questioned why a bottle was being requested whereas one was "already supplied when you checked in". It is laughable, yes, but also poor service, and has been escalated to Hilton corporate complaints because this is a poor representation of a great hotel.

Internet service was out when we checked in, but they went above and beyond to make things go smoothly.
