Ever since I have discovered this place I have exclusively returned to it! All staff are so friendly and each visit has been positive. They offer a glass of wine and cheese and fruit snack with your service which is such a nice touch and makes your service a really delightful experience. I plan to continue to return here for all my nail needs!

I had a mani-pedi for the first time in far too long. Stephanie did a terrific job, including work on my cuticles, which most salons in the area skip. The environment is very clean and spacious. Definitely recommend!

Zero Stars--- If you would like to be racially profiled (claiming I was a Muslim) and a victim of negligence then you can go here. The owners have zero empathy, compassion and any regard for their clients. I was a victim of Vasovagal syncope. A police report was filed with the Arlington Police Department. They have caused a world of hurt. I do not mind spending good money on quality and services but you are better off going to Coatroom Nails.

That friend paid for your March 21, 2024 services. In addition, we have many clients who are muslins and I am sure if I ask them, they would be more than happy to let you know if we racially profile our clients. “salam alaykum, inshallah”You said you are “a victim of negligence”, yet you did NOT specified what happen to you.I am sorry that you have Vasovagal syncope, and the effects of that condition, but that has nothing to do with us.If you have filed a police report, then I am looking forward to receiving a copy of it. Please feel free to post the report number (as this is public information) and I will be happy to past that information to our attorneys.On March 21, 2024 after you completed the manicure service, you were walking to the bathroom and you fell. One of our the clients called 911 for you and the ambulance came and took you away. Several of our clients and staffs saw that you suddenly fell.Today, March 27, 2024, you call and left a message for me to call you back which I did. During our conversation, I informed you that, based on our security cam footages, no one was around you, you were walking and suddenly fell. There was nothing on the floor or nothing was around you.You then asked me for my security cam footage of your “accident”. When I refused, you said that you will get a court order and you will get my security cam footage. Then you said that you would sue us. I informed you that it is your rights and then you proceed to call me an “awful person” and hanged up.Then you proceeded to call the Salon and demanded your money back. My staff informed you that, I’ve informed them that you are not allow on the premise and that we would not refund your money.You then proceed to go into the Salon (which is now considered trespassing). My staff informed you for the 2nd time that you are not allowed in here and that you will not get a refund. You proceed to call my staff “awful people” and left.Normally, I would have been happy to refund your payment and even offer a new set of nails free of charge (as I’ve done for clients in the past). But, when you threaten me with a court order, accused us of “racial profiling”, trespassed, insult my staff, and then have the audacity to call us “awful people”. SMH…Aurora Nail Spa Management
