        Parking app doesnt save your information and only has a web interface no dedicated app. Real pain to use if you park here often.

        I was interrogated by two workers because I went and put my stuff in my car and obviously didnt pay again since I had already paid when I arrived. Next time I will park anywhere but here.

        Parking deck sucks. Use to have a ticket system that was really easy to quickly park and then pay when you leave, but now you have to scan something and put a bunch of info in. Much more complicated and Im someone who understands technology very well. I could see someone whos not good with technology really struggling to figure out how to pay. Also no one there to help you if you dont understand. All around not good.
