Been here 5 times for either a patch or used tires. They were even open on Easter Sunday, which was a lifesaver as I had plans to go out of town to visit my dad, and wasnt about to drive 150 miles on a donut spare. Fair prices and quick service. Ill be returning in the future if I need the same repairs or a set of decent quality used tires

Revised 3/30/2024 - As a native of Arlington and an avid supporter of small businesses, especially those within the Hispanic community, it pains me to give this business a low rating. My dissatisfaction arose from an incident when I returned, 17 days later, to request a second tire change. Initially, I was presented with a new price. I typically don't negotiate over prices, as I value quality service above all. However, on this occasion, the price had unexpectedly increased by $5, excluding taxes. The reason provided was that the cost varies depending on the tire's condition. Nevertheless, upon comparing the condition of the first tire I had replaced with the second, I found little difference. Left with no alternative due to arriving with a flat tire, I had no choice but to accept the service. Interestingly, at the time of payment, I was only charged the service fee, with the tax mysteriously omitted. It appeared he chose to skip the tax after realizing I had noticed the inconsistency in his pricing. For evidence, I have attached receipts of both transactions, highlighting the absence of tax on the latter, which further substantiates my complaint. This is my sincere feedback based on the experience. Update #2 - I'm not lodging a complaint about the money; rather, I'm posting a review to inform others about the nature of your business practices. Given that you are both new to the community and a small business owner, it's crucial that you refrain from exploiting customers through unfair pricing. Aim to be equitable in your dealings and ensure this oversight is not repeated.
