[EDIT] 2 stars because the vet was very professional, sent me the lab results and got my cat the food he needed even though I didnt want to come back in. I cant believe how unprofessional and untrained the entire staff was - never coming back!! First they have us waiting forever for the vet to come back to see my cat which has him pacing in the room getting anxious. We spend all of 2 seconds with the vet and then some staff come back to do blood work that had to be the trainees/interns because they acted like they had never held a cat before. Hes an older cat and they were squeezing him too hard and hurting him, and then just let him fly off of the table!!! Some other techs had to come back to finished the job who also barely knew what they were doing and they all try to play it off like they didnt just serious upset him. I get up to the front counter to pay the 500 dollar fee for my cat torture, and when I simply asked what I was being charged for and why you would have thought I held a gun to the receptionists head. Im not exaggerating when I say she got up out her seat, started to get defensive, and backed away! Ive never been to the vet before and they couldnt give me an explanation of what I was paying for. Not to even mention how long it took for me to get an appointment in the first place. Idk if I just came on the wrong day and got all the incompetent staff but this place was not it for us.

I am disabled and high risk for covid in this ongoing pandemic, and the staff at Nova were very accommodating. Everyone was willing to wear a mask (including KN-95s). Thank you for the accommodations! Great vet care. Thank you Dr. Donnelly and team.

Thus is my kitten's vet. Quality, professionalism, great care! All the doctors and nurses are very kind and friendly. They are open about fees and give you options.
