    I want put 0 star. His name is Kel. He's manager that shop. He's is so rude. He's said he's new manager in here. He doesn't have a passion for service. He must listen to the customer first. Don't answer that you understand. But actually, he didn't understand. He told me to complain to the supervisor, but I didn't because he worked at the same place, so my complaint would have no effect. If I announce it here So that the executives might come and read, but if they don't, At least my voice will tell other customers to be wary of this man's service. I went in to receive service. Kel served another customer at the counter inside. I stood and waited with another person for service. For a while, Kel, who had not completed service to that customer, then told his subordinate to change the customer to Kel to take care of me instead. As for his subordinates, he went to install film for that customer on his behalf. I've seen this. I feel like I don't want to receive his services at all. Because he himself did not complete his own work, he had his subordinates do it for him. It indicates poor service and using power to let subordinates work for you. When he came to serve me, it was as I thought. Bad service There was no indication of any help from him. We told him that we were not good at the language. Could you please talk to your employee at another branch? He said he didn't talk. There was nothing that showed any help. low emotional control I don't know how to become a manager.
