Unprofessional, dishonest and downright rude.
After a month of excuses delaying our newly purchased lift delivery, we finally had to cancel the order and buy from an alternate vendor. They assured us that they would be able to assist on any repairs, warranty work, etc. for our lift purchased elsewhere. I called on a Tuesday for a warranty issue. I said, "I imagine you are busy like everyone else. When can I expect you can get this in?" I was told, by the end of the week. I called Friday to get an update. The tech told me they could get it in early the following week. I called Tuesday afternoon (as the next day starts the middle of the week IMO) and was told the service manager would call me back after his meeting. After no response, I called in again Wednesday morning. The tech called me a liar when referring to his commitments and he didn't know when he would be able to look at it. He then directed us to pick the lift up.

We rented a small jack from this place along with other things as well. Everytime I walk in this place the staff treats you very professional and courteous, very helpful. The rental process is easy and also the return.

Renting equipment has become outrageously high and as a small welding company, every dollar matters. I CANNOT say enough about this company, so much better than the bigger rental companies. Region Rents has just as much inventory as the big name places but markedly less expensive. Personal service was great, no hassles and the rep Konner even stopped by on the jobsite to make sure we were happy. Awesome service, thank you guys!!
