A friend recommended that we contact Key Structures llc with the changing of the looks of an out dated mother-in-law apartment, while keeping the integrity of the historical structure of the building. Linda was professional and very attentive in helping me to explore new ideas and fresh light colors. The apartment turned out beautiful and we are looking forward to the remodeling of our 1950 style home with Chris and Linda. Thank you again Chris and Linda you are the best! Bruce and Diane

Key Structures completely renovated our house prior to us buying and moving in and we are so happy! We fell in love with with everything about the home. Incredible attention to detail from overall architecture and design down to the beautiful cabinet pulls. Chris was wonderful to work with. We cant thank him and his team enough for our beautiful family home!

I'm writing to let you know that Chris built us the most awesome, beautiful, well built home. After 24 years it still doesn't give us any problems structurally and otherwise, unlike some of our neighbors who didn't use Chris as their builder. The house is so well insulated that our utility bills are affordable and the house stays cool and warm when it's supposed to be. Even during those 100+ degree days we have in the summer. Our termite contractors love the awesome crawlspace that is always dry and well-lit and almost deep enough to stand up when doing our annual termite inspection. It is so well insulated that it blocks out most of the street noise, even the fire engine (minus the siren) when it comes by. Chris thought about things that hadn't crossed our minds. He was a great ally for me when Bobby wanted to paint the exterior trim an ugly gray. Chris's desire to provide top-quality materials, not builder-grade materials, for our house was very much appreciated. We will never forget him. If we were to build again, Chris Sewell would be the contractor we'd choose.
