I really wanted to be able to leave Adam and his guys a five star review for the whole home renovation we had done. When we first saw the completed work, it looked stellar and the guys were really nice every time we would go over to check on things. Unfortunately, the "stellar" work was only superficial. Over the ensuing couple of weeks we started finding things that were either unfinished or just not quite right. Adam sent someone out and "fixed" one or two of those items, but when I texted him to fix these couple of things again and finish the others, he stopped responding. I explained to him that I understand that some people run him ragged after a job is finished and I wasn't trying to do that. I just wanted what we paid for to be done. It didn't seem to matter... he just ghosted us. I've had a couple of people ask me who I used for the renovation. I told them PCR but strongly advised them to find someone else. I would give the same advice to anyone reading this.

Adam is probably one of the best contractors in the Hampton roads area. He is definitely one I have worked with. Hes done several projects for me over the years and Ive never been disappointed. He communicates well, he gets estimates back to me and the work scheduled and done in a timely manner which is a GAME CHANGER in this area. His pricing is also really good considering the quality work done and I know itll be done when he says. In the event his crew missed something or it wasnt to my satisfaction, he would also come back and fix it within a week. I couldnt ask for more in a GC! Save yourself some time and make it an easy day and call them for any home renovations and enjoy your new space.
