Chris and Team have been amazing to work with. We had water damage that led to a full kitchen remodel, which can absolutely turn life upside down. Chris was incredibly mindful of the disruption throughout the entire process. He was considerate in his planning, working to get as much done as quickly as they could to minimize impact to our family routines. I also deeply appreciated his communication and collaboration. We did a lot of iterating and planning and his staff were dependable, always on time, very respectful, and cleaned up after themselves each night. Overall would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Xclusive Designs completed a full bedroom and bathroom remodel to make accommodations for handicapped accessible elderly. Great crew to work with. Very time effective in the remodel. Plan to use again with next remodel plan.

Update IT WAS REALLY NICE TO TALK YOU AT HOME DEPOT EVEN THO YOU LITERALLY RAN OUT THE DOORS. MAD AT ME FOR ASKING FOR WHAT MY EMPLOYEESAND I WORKED SO HARD FOR. AND YOU HAVE THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME THAT YOU WILL NEVER PAY ME THAT MONEY BECUASE WHAT I DID? WHAT DID I DO? ASK FOR MONEY THAT WE WORKED SO HARD FOR? SHAME ON YOU WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND AND KARMA IS A B. WE ALL KNOW THAT. GOOD LUCK, MAN. MAYBE YOU NEED ALL THAT MONEY MORE THAN MY EMPLOYEES OR MY FAMILY. I really hate to do this. But I tried every way possible to get in touch with Chris. I own my own company, and we have done multiple projects for him. I totally understand that companies have rough times. I've been there myself. I have been trying to collect the money he was supposed to pay for the projects completed way back early 2023. Clearly, homeowners paid him, but he didn't pay us. He's ignoring my phone calls, text messages, and Cleary avoiding any communication. I really feel sorry for him. I'm a contractor, and I will never do that to my subs or any other contractor. You have my phone number and you know everything I'm writing is 100% true.

Chris Carr is absolutely one of if not the Best Contractors I as a realtor have come to know and work with! His work is Expert Class, Quick to Respond and his In-Depth knowledge of necessary repairs through out a home is unmatched. I will continue to use his company for future repairs on my home as well as for my clients.
