3 years ago this company scammed me out of $750 - they took my deposit and I never saw them again!!

Terrible experience with this company!In Nov when we paid $9,500 to start the project. CCB dug footers in Feb for a 16x16 sunroom and pantry. Three months passed and every time we spoke to them we were told they were waiting for the city to inspect the footers before the concrete could be poured and to get a permit to build. I called the city 3 weeks in a row to find out that no one had scheduled an inspection or applied for a permit to build on our property. On May 16th the owner promised that by Monday I would have a permit in my window, inspection and footers poured that week. That week the owner came to tell me that his office staff lost our survey (he frequently blames his employees) and that the city did not approve our plan from Nov2013 because of an easement on our property. He had a revised plan and more promises.  His crew re dug footers but still no permit. On June 7th we received a notice of an IRS levy placed against CCB for unpaid taxes.  Don't waste your time and money with this company!
