Stephen Haynes is highly recommended as a personal or corporate estate lawyer. Took the time to map out the proper course after listening to what we wanted and helped me understand the many parts of an estate. Made sure corporate aspects were correct to prevent future problems. Reasonable price- absolutely worth it.

Our church was in the midst of revamping our constitution and by-laws and we wanted to ensure compliance with Virginia law as well as seek counsel regarding best practices amongst other churches. We were referred by others to Jeff Coombs with the Davis Law Group.
