        Seller please be aware this realtor may not be doing professional business in regards to offer contracts. She wrote a guaranteed price offer to win the bid on my recent listing. After it appraised for what it was listed for, they backed out because they actually didnt have the money to guarantee the contract guaranteed price. Then said they would give me listing price when I had numerous offers including offers from heros such as veterans and medical professionals. This buyers agent has forced me to relist my home in a market that will bring a TON of questions due to relisting. Please do all diligence in proving her offers are real and guaranteed.
