Went in just for a simple mani pedi , but I had to decline their offers several times on the gel polish on my feet and the tech kept trying to sell me gel polish no matter how many times I said no. BTW the full cost of the pedicure the were trying to force me to take would have been was over 70 dollars. A regular pedicure is 25. I don't know who thinks that is cheap...it's such a waste because the tech that did my brows slayed them so good I payed her double . Services: Pedicure, Gel manicures

I had ny eyebrows done here today. I stated at the beginnjng to plase not use baby oil, i break out from it. I asked for a cotton ball with witch hazel or even rubbing alcohol to remove excess wax. Hannah stated she would use this other product that was for wax removal but didnt clog pores and showed me the bottle. I said ok and she began. I do not like the way she did them because they are above the brow bone and they are uneven. Not uneven from each other but within the brows them selves. My brows had not been waxed in 3 months so she had a blank canvas to work with. I guess i looked like a "Karen" because she said things like "white people tip better" and "My name is Hannah. Hannah is a white name. Black girls have names like "Tameka". (WHAT THE AF?!?!?!) Then we she was done with my brows she legit used sleight of hard to apply baby oil to the cotton ball instead of the more expensive stuff she offered! Within an hour my brows had broken out. I was the only customer at the time and there were 3 enployees so instead of creating a scene when i knew i had no allies, I paid and left. I will definitely go to a different shop next time. In 30 years of going to salons this was the most uncomfortable experience I ever had.

I've been here 2 times. I've gotten the $45 pedicure and $35 pedicure. Both are excellent. The $45 is more Deluxe and has more treatments. The massage chairs work very well. The ladies that work there are very sweet and friendly. My only complaint is I wish they would turn off the TV. It's hard to relax with noise.
