This was my first visit today. So I just happen to be in the area and went online and quickly scheduled an appointment. When I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised. I had the best pedicure by Anne! Tan did my nails and they look great!

My mother was serviced by Anna for her birthday. She was given the premium manicure and pedicure and she loved the entire experience. The staff was super friendly and did an excellent job. We will be returning!

This place was great! Today was my first day coming to this location and Freddie did my nails. She did really great and shes also a great conversationalist. Also, everyone else was super nice as well. I had a great experience and I will be coming back!

Update to my previous review as of Mar 2024: (Detailed Post) I considered myself a loyal customer since I had been several times already, however an incident occurred where I had a gel-mani and the gel did not cure all the way and was smearing on everything afterwards. I called back the same day to have it re-done and they wanted me to come on a different day. I conveyed I would like to come back the same day. I went back & the owner "Rose" did correct my nails as this was my 2nd or 3rd visit. I did not think anything of it at the time, so I continued making my appts with the owner "Rose" instead of the previous nail tech. Rose did my nails on 2-3 diff occasions & it seemed as though she had an attitude, when I conveyed to her I preferred a tech that knows how to work on natural nails, isn't heavy handed with the drill over drills the nail, especially on natural non-acrylic nails, & basically a tech that listens to what the customer is requesting. (This is what was to particular) It became clear to me a few visits later, Rose was not particularly happy about having to do my nails since that moment, & they did not like that I had challenged their customer service approach to have them correct a service which I had "PAID" for. Fast Forward about 3 visits later, Rose informed me she was going on vacation & that any tech could do my nails. I went in to have them done, & when I got there the shop Mgr (Guy who schedules the appt) goes to the back & comes back to tell me no one wants to do my nails because I'm particular & they are intimidated so Rose told them not to do them. He was very condescending in his tone & I conveyed to him what Rose told me pertaining to any nail tech being able to do my nails, this was clearly not the case when I returned. I thought about the whole ordeal & it occurred to me that only one nails tech & the owner had touched my nails, so it wasn't about providing customer service, they had an issue with me challenging them & being vocal about my nails & not damaging them. I really thought I had found a Nail Salon that I could stick with, but it was clear there are inherent Biases to how they treat certain customers & do not appreciate customers who challenge their techniques, which is disappointing to say the least!! I did not go back for my last appt & will not continue to patronize a business who sends mixed signals & does not value its customers!!!
