My daughter went in and the nail tech was rude, jacked her nails up, hurt her arm, and when she said something about the color not being right on her skintone, the lady refused to let her pick a different one. Now she is having to repint her own. She said something to the owner and absolutelynothing was done to correct the issue. We will never go here again..

On Saturday, March 30th, 2024, around 5:30 p.m., one week from her 18th birthday, my daughter visited this establishment for a manicure. She was given absolutely terrible service! She wanted her nails squared at the ends, and only her pinkies were square... all of the others were rounded off! When my daughter began to get her nails painted, she expressed that she didn't like the color and wanted to pick another, and the nail technician responded that she can't pick a different one, that she had already started. In addition to this... my daughter was asked to pay before her nails would get painted and told the nail technician that she had injured her elbow, if she could be gentle. By the end, my daughter was in tears and had to take pain medicine when she got home. She also repainted her nails. She is out $40, and had to fix everything. She will never go back, nor will her friends, or her sister or mother patron this establishment ever again!

Took my niece to get her nails done and I got a pedicure. The tech that did my nieces nails did a super job- gave her the nails she asked for just like the picture she showed. My pedicure was ok but I wont return for this service. My nails were trimmed at an angle and polish was sloppy. This shop could use a refresh - it does not appear to be very clean and organized but the staff was friendly and for the most part, from what I saw, customers were happy with their service.
