LV nails want you to make an appointment online but it is not accurate and they will contact you later to change your appointment time. Very frustrating.

Not my usual place but received a gift card and chose to use it towards a pedi. The staff was VERY nice and the customer service interaction was great, no complaints. After I left and was able to get a closer look of my toes in better lighting noted the nails were not covered from side to side. Toes on my right foot, all left sides of the nail were missed. Some were not painted all the way to the bed of the nail. She painted the big toe then stopped to put my personal flip flops on the ALWAYS (no matter who it is) causes the paint job to get messed up. It did but wasn't corrected well enough, can still see it in the finished product. Maybe the nail tech was new but the person supervising the room should be checking behind them vs sitting on their phone
