        I was referred to Ehrlichs by a family member. I needed treatment for bugs & mice Initial rep didnt call before arriving. He didnt explain the results, barely talked. He just asked me to sign the electronic invoice. I had to insist to read the report before signing. He didnt bring a ladder, per my order instructions, to go in my attic. He said he looked & saw my attic was unfinished - a hazard per their policy. The only way he could have seen my attic without a ladder was to possibly stand on my washer! Not acceptable! 7 mouse traps, 2 glue strips & spray totals $225. Now I have to call a handyman to seal the holes this guy found. Fool me once Services: Bug & insect extermination, General wildlife removal
