From our first phone conversation to the meeting at the property and then throughout the signing process, Melannie Rhoad at Rhoad & Co. was professional, attentive, personable and efficient. And perhaps most important of all, she gives off a sense of trust and security in that you are dealing with an honest and upstanding business professional. My wife and I are grateful to have had such a wonderful house hunting experience and could not be happier in our new home! Superior professionalism by Melanie and her entire team. I had to find a place to live on short notice, Melanie and Kristine were able to show me the place, start the application, and I moved-in in less than a month! Now thats quality service at its best. As a tenant, all repairs are made swiftly and considerate to my working hours. I have never had any issues with Melanie or anyone on her staff. I highly recommend Rhoad & Co for your real estate and or rental needs.
