I have to say that Derek is an amazing realtor. He was my first realtor when I purchased my first home years ago and he stood by myself through all the trials and tribulations. Most recently, Derek helped me purchase my second home and I will say as long as Derek is a realtor - I will always be his client.

Derek Barnes is an elite realtor in the state of Virginia. He is experienced, efficient, knowledgeable, and dependable. He puts 100% effort into negotiating an appropriate deal for a home. He is available and follows up in a timely manner. For service members like myself, this is the caliber of a realtor that we need when relocating. There was not a time where I felt alone and there was not a question that he couldnt answer. I will highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home
