My husband and I arent first time homebuyers but our experience with Susan kozlowski is without doubt the best one by far. After 4 years using the same realtor for different transactions we had a pickle moment with our agent and a friend recommended us Susan, she was so understanding and professional from the beginning and her communication skills amazed us because it is not what you said but how you said it.
