I went in there to find tapers. I was trying to go from a 4g to a 2g and Kyle was incredibly helpful. They seemed to enjoy their job and acted like they were glad to see me and the other people they assisted while I was in there. They definitely knew what they were doing and they are the best customer service employee Ive met in a while.

there's an individual working here that made this Spencer's visit the worst.
i think Spencer's is awesome, but there is currently a younger lady working here who was speaking her personal drama loud enough for the entire store to hear.
she was distracting the individual working at the register (who was professional and courteous) and eventually struck up conversation with another employee, distracting them from working entirely.
by the time my girl and i were leaving, the individual at the check out was the only person appearing to work.
my girl and i both agreed that there should be steps to remove that younger lady, or at least a reprimand. i came to enjoy myself looking at shirt designs, not hear you slander "drunken irresponsible US Navy sailors".
for concerned supervisors, the time of this visit was 2pm, on the 2nd of May. we didn't catch the employees name, other than that she was a young brunette.
