After careful research but also amidst our panic from an unexpected flood, we reached out to PuroClean of South Chesapeake. This was hands down the best decision we ever could have made during this stressful time. From the moment we reached out to finishing up the job, Brandon and Wes were amazing. They were both professional, knowledgeable, reliable, easy to talk to, explained every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand, and had answers to our many questions. Our indoor finished garage flooded just before Christmas. Despite the holiday, waiting for lab samples to be tested, and working around our schedules, Brandon and Wes finished the job very quickly and soon the space was back to normal. We were still able to use our space during the process as well which was helpful. Just a few weeks later we unfortunately had another flood which affected the same indoor garage as well as our outdoor garage. We were able to get in touch with Brandon after hours (as soon as the flood occurred) and him and Wes were at our door at 8am the next morning, even bringing us coffee and donuts because our power had gone out! The second job took them even less time, completing the tasks within a day. Although we had to deal with flooding twice and had to throw away most of our belongings in the affected areas, Brandon and Wes made the situations seem not-so-stressful. They were so empathetic and I dont even want to imagine what our experience wouldve been like if we went with another company. Definitely call PuroClean of South Chesapeake if you need any of the services they provide. You will not be disappointed!

I just spent the last three months of my life working with Chuck, Brandon, and Wes to complete a major unwanted rehab in my home. Not only did I feel safe with them in my home, but the level of detail and professionalism from all three men was stellar. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and calling them should I ever need home repair again. If you have an eye for detail and perfection, this is the team for you, hands down.

The PuroClean team did a lot phenomenal job from start to finish. From cleaning up the water, preserving what could be saved, and installing new floor in our home, the entire experience was very pleasant. My wife and I are so grateful for their professional, helpful, friendly, and caring demeanor during this stressful time of an unexpected flood in our home. They kindly worked around my family as we still lived in the home and were careful with the work because of the children. I could not ask for a better job done and am forever grateful for their hard work.

If you find yourself facing challenging times and require the expertise of individuals like Brandon and Wes, rest assured they will guide you through every step with empathy and support. We initially encountered a storm water flooding incident affecting our finished garage, necessitating the removal of drywall and numerous personal items in storage. Unfortunately, 2-3 weeks later, another flooding incident occurred affected both garages. I reached out to Brandon, and he promptly scheduled a visit the next morning, considering the challenging circumstances with a power outage. Although it wasn't ideal to require their services again so soon, it was incredibly reassuring to have these two incredible individuals addressing our flood damage. Choosing PuroClean over other service providers ensures not only a fair price but also outstanding customer service and genuine compassion precisely when you need it the most.
