Chase Bank

I read the feedback talking about discrimination and didnt want to go to this branch at all!!! But had to cause it was the closest one to me , Bernie was just amazing, she helped me to get some information about opening a business account, she went above and beyond and gave me all the detail without me even asking , what is amazing that location has diversity of all different cultures and colors!!!!! And they are all amazing and treat you like friends and family! Love this branch and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for great customer service and detailed information about the accounts!

Very helpful branch manager as well as customer service personnel, always there to assist with anything you might need, fast, reliable, very responsible and careful with cash transactions. Overall Chase Bank is leading bank in the nation, happy to be a part of this!

I came to this branch to start a new account because its closer to home and I prefer somewhere I can go in person. I had the worst experience. The branch manager, Bernalyn Garcia was very cold towards me. She actually made me feel like I did not belong there. It took her longer than usual to acknowledge me, and she almost looked like I was inconveniencing her. After I opened my account, she let me meet everyone except for the African-American woman that I saw. Is struck me as odd, because I am a woman of color, but she made sure to avoid that particular individual. Its unfortunate, because I thought that I would have a great experience and make this my forever bank but I am still stuck in the same predicament that I was in. I have to travel to visit my branch because I do not plan on going back to the Bristow branch. Sorry to say, but she will not last long there. In my opinion, she does not deserve to be a leader.
