        Renee has done my taxes for almost 9 years now, she has worked here previously a couple years ago. Glad to see her finally back! She is very friendly, professional, and always explains thing throughly. 10/10 would recommend Liberty tax services!!!!

        After years of satisfaction we lost our tax pro Melissa, dealt with two other agents, one being the franchise owner during the Christmas season, we no longer received any advances, our refund was greatly slashed from years past, and explanations were not clear. You get what you pay for I guess. This year I paid for nothing. Thank you liberty tax!

      Hello David, I am sorry you feel this way. Unfortunately sometimes office staff changes, we value our clients and only do what is best for them by making sure the proper staff are there to take care of them. As for the advances you speak of that is absolutely out of our control we do not make the decisions on that, you should have received a letter explaining that, if not give the office a call and we can see what we can do to get you more information. As for your refund being slashed call the office and we will again explain why this has happened, I have looked over all your information and will be happy to explain it again for you, again we have no control over the refund amounts.
