        MAKE A DATE. SKIP THE WAIT. For starters, you do not need an appointment for our signature 10 minute oil change or a state inspection. Just come on in when its convenient for you! That is from their website. Quote on quote, however coming in to do state inspection I was told should have have appt and dont have time for me today. If guy stopped putting food in his mouth looked up from the computer it would help.

      Hi Mrs. Mowery - We totally agree with your review and are working to update that sentence regarding state inspections on our our website. While you don't need an appointment for a state inspection, it is highly encouraged due to the time it takes and the shop's capacity...especially on a busy Saturday. We also let you down with our poor communication. Please call the shop at your convenience and ask for the manager so we can make this right for you. (804) 569-8270.
