    Dr Clore is fantastic, easy to talk to and will explain things if you have questions. And will let you know how you can improve, definitely can tell he cares about his patients. As far as other peoples complaints about the front desk, I dont understand them. Ive never had anything but friendly and helpful interactions with them in person or on the phone. And shorter wait times than most doctors when I get there.

    I called this office about 4 months ago to make a new patient appointment to address my current health concerns after a referral from my primary care. The soonest they had available was August 2nd. Pretty far out, but I booked it. They just called today (July 24th, a week before my months long awaited appointment) to inform me that Dr. Musa is going to be out that day and needs to reschedule my appointment. The woman on the phone informed me that now, the soonest available appointment to reschedule is DECEMBER 11th!! A complete waste of my time when my health matters to me. I understand things come up, but even in the event of this being a personal emergency for the doctor, it shocks me that as a whole, the practice couldnt find a way to better accommodate the August 2nd Dr. Musa patients throughout the other multiple providers and locations, rather than just pushing everyone to the back of the line who have waited MONTHS to be seen. Terrible planning.

    Generally I dont write reviews. However I do tend to read reviews online to make decisions on a practice. However after reading the reviews left and seeing how off the wall some of these reviews are! The front desk has NO control over prior authorization hold authorization has to go through your insurance company which can take 7-10 business if youre lucky for your insurance company to process! As well as a patient complaining that a receptionist was unable to put the patient on hold tell a nurse was available!! Um no maam are you a child Nurse are to busy taking care of patients to stop and come and take your call or to call you back at a time you need them to its called a job just like you have school and if you cant step out of class why do you think they can stop helping a patient to call you! Use your brain! Since I started at this practice my doctor has been amazing she broke down the information on how I could take my insulin! Dr. Musa also sent me charts on how to make sure Im taking the proper amount of insulin. Dr. Musa went over our appointment time to try and explain all the ends in outs of diabetes! Shes and amazing doctor and Im glad Im able to be Dr. Musa patient!!!

    My doctor is great. Unfortunately the office staff not so much. They overcharged me $100 due to the credit card machine not working when I swiped my cards but it in fact did take my money. When I brought this to their attention in early September they said they would look into it. After not hearing I call back and apparently no one relayed the message or documented so the process never began. I have been very patient but still over a whole month I have not gotten any closer to getting my money back even after being in touch with the practice manager and following her instructions. Whenever I call I get the practice voice message and when I message on my chart I dont hear back. I hope I eventually get my money back but no one seems to be able to make this happen. This is another review posted for 12/14/2022 I still have not received my $100 despite being in contact with office staff, administration, and customer service. I have called , left messages and used mychart to try to work this out. At this point this is fraud and theft as no one can tell me when I will get this $100 back because it was possibly sent in the mail but it will take 24-48 hours for that department to get back to me. I also cant get a hole if customer service managers, or the practice manager. Often I cant get ahold of office staff as the voice message is often on. I have filed a complaint with my insurance company for the practice specifically, not my doctor. They agreed that this was very suspicious and that this practice needed to return my money. Basically this review is to warn future patients that although the doctors and nursing staff are professional the office staff and bon secours customer service department are not. Update 1/15/2023 Finally received my payment from this practice. Still very disappointed in how this whole process was handled. If you want competent and empathetic care this is not the place to go.
