        I went in late night to get breakfast for myself and my kids. Only two staff members but they were nice. The only thing I didn't like was ordering three eleven dollar meals and my total being over $50. I looked at the receipt and was Charged $4.50 for placing a To Go order...what? An extra $4.50 for To Go utensils and almost $5.00 in taxes..I didn't ask for utensils I have those at home where I ate my food and they suggested a tip... I've never been charged extra to pick up my own food I just spent gas driving over here lol! ihop doesn't nickel and dime me so that's where I'll spend my coin when I'm too tired to cook breakfast.
