I purchased a house from Debbies clients This year and was completely let down. She told me I had to use their mortgage company to not have to pay all of the closing costs so I had to have my credit run again to qualify with them. They agreed to fix a list of things that the inspector pointed out to us and even signed a contract that they would hire a company to fix these issues. The clients were 5 start construction and they fixed everything themselves so that they didnt have to actually spend money. I am still coming out of pocket fixing things that they signed a contract stating they would fix. Debbie was rude and we completely feel like we were lied to. I would not use her unless youre a scam artist and I would never buy from her. Beware.
