We're sorry to hear about your negative experience at The Dill Building Apartments. We apologize for any inconveniences caused by pest issues or work order delays. Our team works hard to address these issues as quickly as possible. The garage door was replaced in June and the garage is now fully enclosed. We're sorry to hear about the state of the hallways. We do retain a full-time cleaning company to take care of our common areas on a weekly basis. We will emphasize the points you have raised with them. Regarding pet waste, we do ask that our pet owners be responsible for cleaning up after their furry friends, but when this is missed, we do take steps to address it ourselves if we become aware of it. We take all resident feedback seriously, and we appreciate your honesty.
