2000 West Creek Apartments

Probably the best management team ever. They are very happy to help to solve any concern/question I have. Nick and teammates are very friendly but also very professional on providing good solutions that are effective and easy to do. They extended my lease so that I don't have to move in a weird timing. Definitely the best apartment in Richmond.

Just a warning once you move in after a week you will never want to move out the amenities are great the staff is wonderful and the neighbors will treat you like family if you need maintenance done they will get it done within 2 days usually you will not regret moving here

I absolutely loved my time here. I just moved out since I moved out of state but this was one of the bets apartments I've ever lived at. The team at the clubhouse made me feel at home and wete very helpful and responsive. The amenities were top notch, the apartments were clean and new and everything worked, I have nothing but great things to say about living here! Highly recommend!

My fianc & I scheduled a tour with Brett twice for 2000 West Creek and both times the property has been beautiful! Very well kept, luxury, and clean amenities. Brett is very thorough and detailed on tours!

Updated (9/12/2022): We have lived here now over four years. Overall it is a great place to live. Patrick is a very conscientious property manager even though his hands seem to be tied sometimes by the whims of corporate. His staff is great and the maintenance crew is very responsive. It is the nicest designed property I have seen in Richmond although the upkeep could be better. There are stains on carpets throughout the common area, damaged walls that need to be repaired and even those that have been repaired need to be repainted. They certainly could use more (or better) cleaning staff as the overall cleanliness of the property is below standards. The grills need to be replaced as they cant seem to get the necessary parts to make them functional on a regular basis. Also, the pool is no longer heated so if you are looking to swim year round, this is not the place for you.Original Review: POSITIVES: Apartment layouts are great. Many floor plans to choose from including some very large units. Resort style pool is very nice. Clubhouse design is very modern. Location is very quiet with easy access to 288. Less than ten minutes from Short Pump and less than five minutes from Hardywood and Kindred Spirits. Maintenance staff is incredible. Office staff is quick to respond to questions. NEGATIVES: Apartments can be noisy. Can hear whenever the entrance door to the building is slammed. Sound insulation between floors is not that great. There seems to be no sense of urgency in getting the construction of the common areas completed. There was a big push for the grand opening event but not much since. (CORRECTED) Package receiving and pick-up system still is not functional. (CORRECTED) Cleanliness of common areas is not maintained although I was told they just hired a cleaning person so hopefully that will improve. Resident activities (happy hours, wine tastings, etc.) seemed to be non-existent thus far. (CORRECTED) UPDATED 4/16/19 Many of the negative aspects noted previously have been corrected. There are still little things that need to be addressed within the property and the attention to detail in maintaining/running the property could be improved. UPDATED 6/7/2020 The complexes handling of COVID19 shutdown has been less than adequate. They shut everything down initially which is to be expected however they have communicated no plans to reopen facilities or provided information regarding what the new rules would be going forward. They seem to be managing by ignorance of the issue. There is very little communication from anyone on the staff. UPDATED 7/1/2020 The management of the complex has continually degraded. I don't know if it is onsite or corporate or a combination of the two. I would not recommend moving here until they get their act together. Also to echo another review, the physical condition of the complex is rapidly deteriorating. No preventive or corrective maintenance is being performed to the property itself. There are dead trees, broken pavers, damaged fence posts, etc. It's truly a shame because this place has such great potential. With regards to COVID19, other apartment complexes were prepared for going to Phase 3 and have re-opened their facilities in accordance with Governor Northam's recommendations. The management here does not seem to have done any prep work and now say they are not prepared to open facilities. Honestly don't know what they've been doing the last three months.
