Took car here and they call me up saying the car is ready and they replaced the wiper blades for $70.. fine, I show up and look at the wiper blades thinking they are oem and they got the cheapest ones that cost about $20 per blade. They essentially helped themselves to $30 of labor for the cheapest wiper blades that wouldve taken me 5 minutes or any auto parts store 5 FREE minutes. FINE. I let it go because theyre very close to my house and I walk back after drop off for state inspection. Month later they give me a price of brakes and when I show up they charge me $70 more than quoted over the phone. They blame it on a pricing mixup and refuse to budge about it. Theyre not honest and fair like they claim. Theyre using their location thats in a relatively wealthy Tuckahoe to come up with any price on the fly assuming the people around here wont notice or want to dispute it. Well, WRONG! They get offended and rude when anyone dares to speak on it or address them directly. Never getting my business again.
