I was having issues with a program that I was running. I brought my laptop to Chett at Richmond Laptop & Computer and he recognized my problems immediately. Chett not only corrected my program issue, he also checked to make sure I had all my updates and synced all of my applications in no time. Chett took time to explain everything to me and how to prevent from having those issues again. I will definitely be going back with all of my business and personal computer needs!!!

I had a special issue with getting a used computer. I don't run Windows or Mac I run Linux I saw this computer through FB Marketplace and inquired. He not only checked to make sure the hardware was compatible with Linux that when I got the laptop I installed Kubuntu flawless and the hardware works without any issues and I got a great long life battery. He went above and beyond and I couldn't be happier and the best part I keep the box and I need an upgrade or mod I can always rely on this company.
