        Only had one person preparing food. I ordered a single taco and it took almost 15 minutes for it. There was absolutely no sense of urgency amongst the staff, despite there being 4-5 of them present.

        Ordered delivery on the taco bell app. 2 hours later still no food and the tracker says just "order received". I call and ask about the status and they said it just hasn't been picked up yet after taking my name. After the call the app immediately updates for the first time and says they are starting to cook. Waiting 2 hours just for someone to notice the order after being called is frustrating.
