Diamond Cutz took care of us with the quickness. The yard had overgrown and they got out there, mowed it, trimmed it, and made the place look respectable again. I also had them pressure wash the house, clean the gutters, lay some mulch, and trim back some hedges that had gotten unruly. They quoted me prices on the work, I agreed, and they got to work right away. The work is fantastic. The bushes have never looked this clean. The house is clean and looks great. The mulch makes a big difference. And the yard looks great. I give this company five stars for their responsiveness, their quality, the speed at which they get things done for you, and the convenience of it all. I was able to text the owner what I needed, send pics back and forth and pay via credit card. I never had to leave work to visit the property to get the work done. Im glad someone on Reddit recommended this company because Id never heard of them. But theyre the only number I have in my phone for landscaping company now. I'm moving out of my home and needed my leaves to get picked up one more time. I have a simple rectangle yard but there's a small area enclosed with a metal fence, sort of like a dog pen. I called and asked for them to come by and give me an estimate. I made sure to ask about that enclosed area specifically because it had been overlooked in the past by other companies. I was assured everything could get taken care of in the front and back yard (including the dog pen area) and have the gutters cleaned. I was already living somewhere else, so I told them they could come by when I wasn't there. They came and texted me a few photos after the service was completed. I asked again about the enclosed dog pen area. They told me everything was "all completed." That night I found that the enclosed area wasn't taken care of at all but was still full of leaves. Other areas of the yard had been neglected as well. When I asked them about this, I was told the area had debri, roots and twine in the way of picking up the leaves. I said that was fine, although I was confused why this wasn't brought up during the estimate. I asked for a partial refund considering less work that we agreed upon was actually completed and I had already paid. They argued with me and said they already lowered their price to match a competitor (I did not ask for them to lower their price). They kept repeating that the area couldn't be taken care of without some hauling which they weren't paid to do. I agreed, but asked why they repeatedly told me it could be taken care of and then even told me it was taken care of when it wasn't. After going back and forth several times and them refusing to acknowledge their mistake or give any partial refund I finally gave up. The rest of the yard was done well and the gutters are clean, but I found the entire experience unprofessional. As an aside, they asked me to leave a google review on a different company even though this one is the one that matches the phone number I was in touch with.
