        Its worth service never care even when you explain what happened never use again not recommended the depends on big account for hospital linen etc bad service

        Was not chosen for hire based on supervisors personal preference, not what the company is looking for in an employee. I exceeded all qualifications/expectations. The reason I was not hired is still a mystery to me, wasnt a nice process at all. Highly wouldnt recommend for anyone seriously looking for a career with this company.

        HandCraft Services has great customer service. Andrew went out of his way to correct a towel shortage situation we had at Serendipity Wellness Studio, a massage therapy business in Burke, VA. 100 towels were supposed to be delivered and when we called about only 10 being delivered, he drove all the way to Fredericksburg to bring us 93 more towels that very same day.
